During this period, all services will be unavailable until the maintenance is completed.

Start Date/Time: 07:00 AM EST, March 14, 2026 End Date/Time: 11:00 AM EST, March 14, 2026 Downtime: The emergency maintenance is expected to be completed within 4 hours.
Details:
Purpose: Security configuration for further improved data protection. Impact: Customer environments on the impacted system will be down. Data Collection Terminals: These will continue to process employee swipes, and the captured data will be automatically downloaded to the server once maintenance has concluded. Scheduled Jobs/Activities: Please review any scheduled jobs or activities planned for this period and manually trigger them after the maintenance is complete.
