US8 Test & Development Service Disruption
Resolved - Planned maintenance activities related to patching the US8 Non-Production Oracle Exadata infrastructure resulted in an unexpected service disruption affecting US8 Test and Development environments. During the patching process, a subset of non-production instances became unresponsive, requiring engagement with Oracle to assist in recovery efforts.

The impact was limited to a single US8 Non-Production Exadata cluster hosting more than 800 non-production databases. No Production environments were affected, and the US8 Production environment remains stable and fully operational.

At this time, two of the three cluster nodes are operational. The Cloud team is actively working with Oracle to restore the remaining node. Customers should not be experiencing any impact. Services remain available, and teams continue to monitor the environment closely while recovery efforts are completed.
